Our shipment warehouse is located in Vienna / Austria / EU. All orders are sent from this warehouse.
Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends).
Deliver Costs
All shipping charges are flat rate meaning that urbantool.com only adds a single shipping fee to your order, regardless of how many products it contains.
We ship wordlwide to almost all countries. Shipments of 190 EUR have worldwide free shipment
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we can unfortunately ship only to selected EU countries. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the associated administrative requirements make shipping to other EU countries economically unfeasible.
Please note, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.
In case the buyer is changing the address at the forwarder any costs occuring due to changeing address must be covered by the buyeer.

Duty and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Shipments outside EU: The delivery charges you pay to URBAN TOOL do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to URBAN TOOL and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
