EU countries: Due to the excessive costs and bureaucracy of the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we can currently ship only to limited EU countries.
Unfortunately, these requirements make EU-wide shipping unaffordable for small brands like ours. We hope for a soon change of law for us small companies.
We grant worldwide free shipment for all orders of 150 EUR / 170 USD and up. Just add your order to cart and select free shipment when choosing shipment method.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your URBAN TOOL purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within within 14 days of purchase.
